Bharti Singh And Haarsh Limbachiyaa Granted BAIL By A Mumbai Magistrate Court In Drug Case
Comedian Bharti Singh and husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa have been granted bail by the magistrate court in the drug case. Bharti and Haarsh were arrested by the NCB on grounds of consumption of Ganja (Cannabis). Acting on a tip-off, the anti-drug agency raided the comedian's house where they reportedly recovered 86.6 gms of Ganja. On Sunday, NCB produced Bharti and her husband Haarsh before the Quilla court where they were sent to judicial custody till December 4. 

Following their custody, Bharti Singh was sent to Kalyan jail, while hubby Haarsh Limbachiyaa was taken to Taloja prison. Now in the recent development, Bhart and Haarsh were granted bail, today on a bond of Rs 15,000 each. On Saturday, NCB raided Bharti and Haarsh’s residence and seized 86.5 gms. Later, the TV couple was snapped arriving at the NCB office where they accepted the consumption. 

A while back, it was reported that Bharti and Haarsh’s bail plea hearing might be deferred. Special public prosecutor Atul Sarpande told ANI, “As I am busy with other cases today, we will request for some other date of argument.”  NCB will reportedly file replies on Bharti and Haarsh’s bail plea.  Bharti Singh and husband Haarsh Limbachiya have been sent to judicial custody under sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (involves small quantity of drugs) and 8(c) (possession of drugs) and 27 (consumption of drugs) of the NDPS Act. 

Bharti and Haarsh’s arrested attracted response from many comedian and actors from the industry. Shekhar Suman told us, “Your talent should be your drug. Just be addicted to hard work and excellence.
